Lamination demonstration

Lamination is the ‘construction’ of two or more glass plates into one unit. This process takes place in several steps. First, two identical glass plates are placed together with special foil in between. The assembly is then vacuum drawn. Then the panels can enter the oven, and it comes out as a whole for hours later. The process takes place under a silicone cloth.

Whether it’s small panels or panels that are actually too big, figurative glass panels, with cut-outs or that are hardened and layered, for us nothing is impossible! In this case there was a big challenge because of its size and shape. But because we say that we are not crazy, we have again managed to find a solution here.
